Terms
These regulations are intended to serve the safety and peace of guests, therefore they define the rules for the provision of services, responsibility and stay on the premises of the facility.
- The hotel day starts at 4:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m. the following day. If a guest wants to extend the hotel day, they should report this at the reception. Keeping the room after 11:00 a.m. is equivalent to extending the stay.
- The facility is obliged to ensure safety and courteous service.
- Maintaining a balance between cleanliness and ecology, the room is cleaned every 3 days.
- Night silence applies from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
- Checked-in guests cannot transfer the room to third parties.
- Unregistered persons may stay at the facility from 7:00 to 22:00
- A person who is not registered in a room after 22:00 is tantamount to the person renting the room agreeing to the paid accommodation of that person in the room at the rates applicable on the day of accommodation.
- In the event of failure to cancel the room reservation by 16:00 on the day of planned arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
- The guest is responsible for any damage or destruction caused by the fault of the guest. In the event of a breach of the provisions of the regulations, the facility may refuse to provide service to the person who violates them.
- The guest should notify the reception about the occurrence of damage immediately after it is discovered.
- A fine of PLN 1,000 is imposed for smoking in the room
- We apologize, but the facility does not accept guests with animals.
- Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use devices that are not part of the room equipment in the rooms. The exception are chargers for phones, tablets and laptops.
- Despite the secured area, the facility is not responsible for damage or theft of a car left in the parking lot.
- After making a reservation, a deposit of 2 hotel days must be paid. In the transfer title, please provide your name, reservation number or date of stay.

We are implementing a project co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund entitled: ‘Mitigation of the effects of the COVID-19 outbreak at the Halama Magdalena Trading Company through the construction and roofing of a terrace, its equipment and the construction of a playground’, with a value of PLN 274 184.76 and EU funding of PLN 239 171.70 . The aim of the project is to develop the company and increase the sanitary and epidemiological safety of its customers and employees.
We are implementing a Project co-financed by the EMFF under the ‘Fisheries and Sea’ Programme 2014-2020 entitled: ‘Creation of a year-round tourist product in the Halama Magdalena Trading Company by carrying out finishing works in the accommodation facility and creating a room for yoga classes’, which will create 2 new jobs.
